This was produced back in 2005 by the department of Communites and local Government. While slightly out of date in some areas and not 100% accurate it explains many of the legal concepts and laws behind long leases in clear and simple terms. It is an excellent starting point for people who wish to be come more aware of the laws governing their lease.
