Pristine Block Management took over the management of our block of 15 flats in  late 2010. The previous managers had been slow to respond to maintenance issues and the financial management was poor.  This all changed with Pristine Block  Management.  They rectified outstanding problems with enthusiasm and professionalism.  The block is now well maintained, savings have been made and future maintenance matters anticipated.   Any day to day problems that arise are dealt with quickly and courteously.

Pristine Block Management took over running the block of flats shortly before I bought my flat there in June 2011. Giles Warrener was very helpful during the purchase period, ironing out several problems and suggesting solutions for a number of issues. I became aware that the block had not been managed well for a number of years previously and there was a backlog of work to be done to bring it up to standard.
